The product I received looks slightly different in PRINT OR COLOR SHADE from its image shown on the website. Can I return my order?

We try to be accurate on the Print & Color of the product but being handmade this is bit impossible to achieve and irregularities are the beauty of hand woven products thats why they are called made by hand.

We apologies, we do not offer any returns / refunds as our each and every product is handmade with vegetable dyes. This may cause the color to look a little dull in comparison to the machine made products with chemicals infused in it.聽Also, there may be asymmetry in the print due to hand printing. We do not offer any exchanges or refunds for the same.

The product colour and shine may vary in picture and reality due to camera flash light and room light when the picture was taken, we try our best to take the exact picture while photoshoot, but due to the聽technical issue of camera and light sometimes the colour may vary accordingly. I received a damaged piece. How can I get it replaced?

Please get in touch within 24 hours after receiving the order. Call us on 9109005534 or Send a mail at聽jhakhasorder@gmail.com聽describing the scenario. Our team will look into the matter and revert to you within the next 48 hours with a procedure to be followed for any replacement to happen.

I have ordered a wrong size or colour. Can I get it exchanged / replaced?

No. Each product is made to order so we don't offer any exchange or replacements. However we are always there to support reach us on whatsapp.

I have placed a custom order and design of my choice, I don鈥檛 like it now can I get it exchanged/replaced?

No, before taking such orders we always mention that, all creativity you want to put in your custom dress is purely your choice, if you want any custom design that will be made exclusively for you on order, we apologise we can鈥檛 take that back.

For any concern related to return of wrong product or damaged products,聽聽please notify聽within 48 hours and we will endeavor to return the product to us, the returned product should reach us within 10聽days of the receipt of the product. Once we receive the product our endeavor will be to issue a store credit of the same amount.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Your refund amount only includes聽price聽of items of the returns accepted post validation by our quality team.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Our refund amount will not include any shipping charges or for/against any promotional vouchers used at the time of order.


How do you return?

You can return the product in following ways:

Reverse pick up from your shipping address:聽Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which falls under the service network of our courier partners.

Self-ship to our Return Cell:聽In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Return Cell within 10 days. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed Rs. 100聽towards your shipping costs as an e-voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality check passed on receipt in our warehouse.

All returned products need to clearly bear the consignee address on the return Airway Bill, as given below:
