JHAKHAS EXCHANGE  POLICY

We are committed to make your shopping experience hassle-free and enjoyable as much as possible!

Please raise a exchange request with in 2 days of receiving the order and try to provide a parcel opening video to save more time in the return process.

Easy hassle free exchange will be done in the case of

- Any defect found by you in the product
- Wrong Item Received
- Size & Fit issue

On hand embroidred sarees and suits there may be little variations in Colour or Embroidery due to hand dyed the hand embroiderd process of making each product unique and hence the shade tone may vary by 5-8% . Such little irregularity is the proof of handmade hence in such cases the return will be subject to approval by jhakhas team.

Exchange concern should be raised within 2 days after receiving the order , by email on jhakhasorder@gmail.com

In case the product you wish to exchange is out of stock or you want to buy later we will issue a credit note/gift card with lifetime validity. 

We recommend making a video while opening the parcel you've received to avoid any conflicts while applying for returns.

Domestic Exchanges will be processed after receiving the returned items.

Exchange is available only for domestic orders, for International order we dont have any return or exchange facilities due to shipping limitations.

We don’t provide return or exchange in case of little variations in Colour or Embroidery, since our products are handmade the embroidery and colour may change a bit. Such little irregularity is the proof of handmade.

1. Exchange concer should be raised within 2 days after receiving the order , by email on jhakhasorder@gmail.com(Opening video is must for any return or exchange request)
2. Please mention your name and order id and write the details of issue with picture and video of the product for quick response from us. (Opening video is must for any return or exchange request )
3. Our team will look into the matter and revert to you within the next 24-48 hours with a procedure to be followed for any replacement/store credit to happen.
4. If our team accepts your return request, we will intiate the return pickup at your convinenece.
5. If we are not able to offer return pickup facilities in your pin code, due to courier restrictions and safety of our products, please ship the product back to us on the return address shared by us on email, we hope you understand the same.
6. A maximum of 100/- INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping ( If you ship the product back to us). That will be added In your total credit note amount.
7. Once you ship the product, we request you to inform and share the tracking details with us via email on same day.
8. You would be notified by us, once we receive your shipment and store credit will be issued. (No cash or bank transfer will be done it will be only store credit or exchange with any other item from our store.)
9. If you don’t want to exchange the product with another product at the same time from our website, we will issue the store credit with life time validity.

11. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount after deducting the payment gateways or bank charges as on actuals.

DO WE PROVIDE REFUND 

YES we do provide store credit as refund which you can use anytime to buy other products in near future, we don’t offer cash refund or bank transfer. 

  No return or exchange in following condition-

1. No return or exchange on custom made orders, stitched on order products, saree done with fall finishing or any product designed on your request. 
2. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your screen for which subtle variations must be acknowledged. As our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There are bound to be variations in color, finish and overall look. 
3. 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
4. No returns will be accepted - If the product is not on original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted

Policy for International Orders:

1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
2. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount after deducting the PayPal or bank charges as on actuals.
3. If incase you want to return the products, the shipping, customs or any other additional charges would have to be borne by the customers,
4. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team, and if you plan to buy anything in exchange the shipping charges will be paid by customer for reshipping the products.
5. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
6. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non-refundable, refund will be calculated after deducting the bank transaction fee or paypal charges applied to us at the time of your transaction at jhakhas.
7. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at jhakhasorder@gmail.comwith your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will revert back to you with resolution

Special Note

The Company shall not be liable for any claim arising out of any special, indirect, remote, economic or consequential loss or damage.

The actual color of the product may slightly vary from the image shown due to light effect and camera and hand dyed nature of the product.

Given the unique and handcrafted nature of the product, the dimensions & weight of the saree (and attached blouse piece) may vary slightly from the dimensions declared.
