The product I received looks slightly different in PRINT OR COLOR SHADE from its image shown on the website. Can I return my order?
We try to be accurate on the Print & Color of the product but being handmade this is bit impossible to achieve and irregularities are the beauty of hand woven products thats why they are called made by hand.
We apologies, we do not offer any returns / refunds as our each and every product is handmade with vegetable dyes. This may cause the color to look a little dull in comparison to the machine made products with chemicals infused in it. Also, there may be asymmetry in the print due to hand printing. We do not offer any exchanges or refunds for the same.
The product colour and shine may vary in picture and reality due to camera flash light and room light when the picture was taken, we try our best to take the exact picture while photoshoot, but due to the technical issue of camera and light sometimes the colour may vary accordingly. I received a damaged piece. How can I get it replaced?
Please get in touch within 24 hours after receiving the order. Call us on 9109005534 or Send a mail at email@example.com describing the scenario. Our team will look into the matter and revert to you within the next 48 hours with a procedure to be followed for any replacement to happen.

I have ordered a wrong size or colour. Can I get it exchanged / replaced?
No. Each product is made to order so we don't offer any exchange or replacements. However we are always there to support reach us on whatsapp.
I have placed a custom order and design of my choice, I don’t like it now can I get it exchanged/replaced?
No, before taking such orders we always mention that, all creativity you want to put in your custom dress is purely your choice, if you want any custom design that will be made exclusively for you on order, we apologise we can’t take that back.
For any concern related to return of wrong product or damaged products, please notify within 48 hours and we will endeavor to return the product to us, the returned product should reach us within 10 days of the receipt of the product. Once we receive the product our endeavor will be to issue a store credit of the same amount.
(Please note that product purchased on discount and during sale season will not be exchanged/returned. For any clarification contact our customer care)
· In case you need to return a product which you received wrong ( however it will never happen as we have strong quality check team), please Activate returns within 48 hours of delivery.

· Please mention Order number in subject line to help us quickly process your returns and ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in saleable condition.
· Request you to cooperate and maintain the original packaging of return items including original tags, shoeboxes, and dustbags.
· Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
· Once your return has been authorized, please refer to the link in our email for the return shipping label which is mandatory and should be pasted on every single return packet.
· For all self-shipped returns, please ensure that your shipment reaches our warehouse within 10 days from the date of raising the return request.
· Once the product reaches us, we will endeavor to immediately inform you and start the processing your request, either exchange or return whichever is applicable.
· Please allow 2 days from the receipt of the product by us to provide you the store credit and 7 days for exchange which will be subject to the policies of our Company.
· Store credit is like Jhakhas Cash points which you can use to buy any product at our site and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
· Your refund amount only includes price of items of the returns accepted post validation by our quality team.
· Our refund amount will not include any shipping charges or for/against any promotional vouchers used at the time of order.
How do you return?
You can return the product in following ways:
Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which falls under the service network of our courier partners.
Self-ship to our Return Cell: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Return Cell within 10 days. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed Rs. 100 towards your shipping costs as an e-voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality check passed on receipt in our warehouse.
All returned products need to clearly bear the consignee address on the return Airway Bill, as given below:
Return Shipping Address: Please write our complete warehouse address on the packet along with the phone number. Preferably put a tamper proof packing on the shipping box

2. Color is slightly light or dark ( which we cant help or control due to light camera shoot effect)
