How do I make a purchase on Jhakhas

You can also opt for the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method. With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on Jhakhas.

I don't have a credit card/debit card/netbanking , What can I do?

You can also choose to pay "Cash on Delivery". COD is valid on purchase of 1499/- and above at Jhakhas.

How long is the order processing time?

Jhakhas products are purely handloom and handwoven, hence the shipping time is also higher, in case you need to place any urgent order kindly also reach us on our email jhakhasorder@gmail.com to check shipping status with our support team. 

How do I make an exchange?

We take return and exchange the product only if the product has defect or any damage happened to the piece, however we make sure that it shouldnt happen in any circumstances.

We accept net banking as well as payment through all major national & international debit/credit cards we also accept paypal payments.

What is Jhakhas’s return policy?

We deliver exactly what you see in the picture of product, these are actual product pictures with no frills or modifications. Our mission is to make you fall in love with what you have ordered. In case, you are find any defect or damage in the product, feel free to raise a request on email- jhakhasorder@gmail.com with subject line return request (Order No.#) dropping us an email within 1 days of delivery.

Why Jhakhas Cod Delivery Timelines are higher.

Please Note All Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders will have higher delivery timelines because it’s shipped from our head office. The product once made(making time depends 4-15 days) in respective weaving unit of the state and city are shipped to our head office (time 4 days) and then we ship to you on your address (4 days). So in total its around 12-14 days of delivery timelines in case of COD Order.
