Jhakhasprovides Free shipping for Prepaid Products above INR 1000/- across India.
The products you order are usually dispatched to you within 3 days of ordering.
Once dispatched from our end, the order will reach to your address in 4-5 working days with the help of our delivery partners.
Each product goes through the final quality check, hygiene check, tagging, and packaging before it is shipped to you.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by the customer at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications in delivery, kindly drop us a mail at jhakhasorder@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

The delivery can be tracked through the tracking ID shared over the email to the registered email ID. Tracking ID will be shared after the order is ready for dispatch.
Please dont accept parcel if you get damanged or torn outer packet and inform us about your action to take next steps

Cash on Delivery
COD charges are INR 49/- above the mentioned price of the product.
This amount is nonrefundable in case of returns.
Repeated refusal of COD orders might lead to barring of COD facility without any intimation.
