Holi Trends to Look Out For....

Holi is one of the most important festival of India. It is the most awaited one due to its history and celebrations. Its color everywhere, the joy this festival and the colors brings is just unmatchable. Hence, comes the glamour and style.

This year is about the traditional, ladies. The handloom industry is booming. Which brings the attention to our rooted fabrics coming from different parts of India. The trends to follow this holi fest would be of blend. Blend of the urban and traditionals, for example classic white kurta, pants and a colorful dupatta would be a perfect look for holi party, for after party a bandhej skirt with an elegant top, and the sarees are always in trend. Designer sarees like chanderi, silk with gota patti, chiffon are bollywood's preference at the moment.

The trends have been set for this Holi. My personal favourite is the “Bandhej”, because it goes with every outfit from urban, semi-traditional to full on desi style.
